Age is just a number when you have dedication. This is actor Mithra, going from 93kg to 79kg for a role through a combination of cardio, battle ropes, and targeted strength training. The transformation is proof that consistent hard work pays off.

  • Accountability: If you say you want to lose weight, we track it. If you have a busy shooting schedule or a hectic job, we adjust. I provide direct feedback on your meal charts, and I expect you to follow them.
