Monthly Gym & Group Class Access
Core Access
- Class Schedule: Entry to all general sessions including weekday functional circuits and weekend aerobics or dance fitness.
- Gym Floor: Unlimited use of cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals) and weight training zones during operating hours.
- Equipment: Shared access to Reebok steppers, stability balls, hex dumbbells (2.5kg to 20kg), and battle ropes.
Facility & Vibe
- Environment: Non-AC, fan-cooled floor with rubberized impact flooring.
- Amenities: Access to common changing rooms and standard metal storage cubbies (bring your own lock).
- Community: Inclusion in the gym WhatsApp group for updates and accountability challenges.
Quarterly Transformation Membership
Program Structure
- Duration: 90 days of unlimited access to the gym floor and all general group classes.
- Diet Plan: Includes a standard nutrition plan (updated monthly) to support workout intensity.
- Tracking: Bi-weekly weight checks to monitor progress and consistency.
Community Extras
- Events: Free entry to internal challenges (e.g., Plank Challenge, Tug-of-War) and gym social gatherings.
- Goal Setting: Initial consultation to set realistic timelines for weight loss or fitness goals.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
Coaching Specifics
- Ratio: Training in a dedicated pod of 3 to 5 members for higher attention than general classes.
- Sessions: 12 guaranteed sessions per month (3 per week, 60 mins each) with a designated coach.
- Hands-on: Tactile cues and form correction from the trainer during compound lifts and core movements.
Accountability & Diet
- Nutrition: Structured diet chart (South Indian friendly) tailored for weight loss or maintenance.
- Monitoring: Mandatory weight checks and strict feedback on diet adherence.
- Tracking: Monthly body composition measurement (weight and inches) to track transformation.
Priority Access
- Equipment: Reserved access to benches, cables, and heavier dumbbells during the training slot.

About Group Training
My Fitness Family Vibe
This place? It's all about community. I’m Shilpa, and my group training is nothing like those boring gym routines. Here, we sweat, laugh, and sometimes even grumble together - but always as a squad. You’ll find people cheering you on, not judging you.
How We Train
- Dance & Aerobics: Friday and Saturday, we turn up the music and go full-on with dance-based group workouts. Energy is always high, and honestly, it feels more like a party than a workout sometimes.
- Functional Training: Expect a lot of movement - squats, lunges, battle ropes, kettlebells, and dumbbells. I mix in group functional training so you get stronger for real life, not just for the mirror.
- Small Group Focus: Some sessions are smaller, so I can give you that extra push or correct your form. You get the squad energy plus a bit of personal attention.
Reality Check
I’ll be upfront - one week alli hotte karagalla (belly won’t vanish in a week). Fitness is slow and steady. You gotta keep showing up. Adu bere workout madbeku! (You actually have to work out!). I’ll motivate you, but you need to bring your own commitment.
Who’s in the Squad?
Anyone and everyone - beginners, pros, men, women. Our girl gang is strong, 'fit moms' are legends, and couples join for special partner sessions. Basically, if you’re ready to try, you’ll fit in.
Final Note
Fitness is a long road, but we'll have each other's backs. Just don’t be that person who comes for the workout but only thinks about the snacks (workout maadi andre bari tinnode yochane!). Let’s get stronger together, one class at a time.

My Story
Hey, I'm Shilpa. RR Iron Fitness is where we sweat, joke, and do Ayudha Pooja like one big family. My gym’s got potlucks, cheet meals (cheat meals), actors prepping for movie roles, and regular folks just trying to show up. Some days, trainer’s struggle is real, but we laugh it off. Fitness here isn’t punishment, it’s a journey with lots of 'trainer rock, trainee shock' moments. You’ll find more smiles than six-packs, promise.
