For me, leg day is heaven. This workout montage includes pistol squats for balance and unilateral strength, dumbbell goblet squats, and weighted lunges to build powerful and stable legs.
A triceps-focused workout to build strong arms. The routine includes weighted bench dips, skull crushers with a barbell, and tricep pushdowns on the cable machine for complete muscle development.
Box jumps are a fantastic plyometric exercise for building explosive power and agility. Here you can see clients challenging their vertical jump on the Reebok step platforms.
This is what a typical day of discipline looks like. It starts with walking into the gym, warming up with side stretches, and then getting straight to work with barbell deadlifts. The sweat shows the effort.
