In-Studio Personal Training
Core Training Delivery
- Location: Conducted strictly at HSR Fitness World (27th Main Rd, HSR Layout). Note: Gym membership fees may be applicable separately.
- Duration: 60 minute dedicated slot.
- Safety: Manual spotting for compound lifts like Squats and Bench Press allowing clients to push near max weights.
- Drill Partners: Trainer actively holds focus pads for kickboxing rounds and resistance bands for agility work.
Program Specifics
- Routine: Alternating days between Strength (Hypertrophy) and Conditioning (HIIT, Battle Ropes, Tyre Flips).
- Correction: Immediate form correction using tactile cues and verbal commands.
- Equipment: Full access to gym functional zone including Plyo boxes, Heavy Bags, and squat racks.
- Recovery: Assisted manual stretching (PNF style) post workout.
At-Home Personal Training
Logistics & Setup
- Doorstep Service: Trainer travels to client residence within HSR Layout and immediate vicinity.
- Equipment Provided: Trainer brings portable gear including resistance tubes, boxing gloves, focus pads, and agility cones.
- Space Requirement: Client must provide a clear 6x6 ft area (living room or terrace).
Training Scope
- Bodyweight Mastery: Focus on Calisthenics and Aerobics as heavy weights are unavailable.
- Cardio Kickboxing: High intensity pad work sessions where the trainer holds pads for client striking.
- Mobility: Dedicated time for guided stretching to counter sedentary desk postures.
Remote Fitness Coaching Subscription
Remote Planning
- Customized Charts: Delivery of weekly training schedules (PDF/Text) tailored to client's available equipment.
- Dietary Guidance: Basic nutrition advice and meal structuring for weight management.
- Technique Review: Client submits videos of movements; trainer provides audio/text feedback on form correction.
Interaction
- Check ins: Weekly or bi weekly video calls to track progress.
- Scope: This is a guidance plan and does not include daily live workout monitoring.

What I Do
I'm Angom Rajib Singh, an AFAA certified fitness trainer. My training is all about focus, grit, and real progress. You'll often hear me say, "One, two, three, four. Come on!" in class. I push hard, but I keep it fun and straight-up.

Strength & Conditioning
- We hit compound lifts for beginners and pros - think barbell squats and dumbbells.
- I’m big on safety. I’ll spot you, fix your form, and make sure you’re not messing up your back or knees.
- Muscle targeting is a must - EZ curl bar, weights, all that jazz.
Cardio & Weight Management
- Cardio kickboxing workouts and Taebo - these sessions burn, build, and boost.
- HIIT home training with ropes, medicine balls, fast-paced moves.
- Aerobics that feel more like a dance party than a workout.
Your Way, Your Space
- One-on-one personal training in the gym.
- Offline group fitness coaching - Aerobics, Zumba, core.
- Online sessions, so you can train wherever you are.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rajib Singh. Moved from Guwahati to Bangalore and now run my own fitness studio in HSR Layout. Life’s like a workout, gotta keep moving. Family means a lot to me, you’ll spot pics of my Batiji around. When not sweating it out, I’m probably trekking or just chilling with friends. Dr. Kalam said, ‘the present is a newspaper’—so I try to live in the moment, every single day.
My Work
Fitness Training & Classes - I teach Powermoves Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT, Sculpt Training, Crossfit, ZUMBA, Taebo. Online or in-person.
My Training Style - High energy, lots of reps, I’ll push you hard. Expect me counting every move, no shortcuts!
Focus Areas - We work on core, biceps, leg day, and overall strength. Fitness is not just one thing, it’s a lifestyle.
