Fitness isn't something I switch on and off. It is a lifestyle I live every single day at RR Iron Fitness in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. When you train with me, you aren't getting some generic workout plan downloaded from the internet. You are getting a coach who practices exactly what she preaches.

Whether it’s a sunrise session or a late-night burnout, you’ll find me working on my form, hitting the monkey bars, or perfecting my lifting technique right next to you. I believe a trainer who doesn't train is just a spectator. I keep myself in peak condition so I can guide you through the same physical challenges.

Why does this matter for your progress? Because I know the struggle of hitting a plateau, the frustration of a cheat day gone wrong, and the rush of hitting a new personal best. I have been there. When I teach you how to handle a barbell or correct your posture during a deadlift, it is because I have spent years refining that movement in my own routine.

We do not do magic here. We do consistent, hard, honest work. If you are looking for someone who hides behind fancy corporate jargon, that is not me.
