Training Schedule
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month fixed schedule (Mon-Wed-Fri OR Tue-Thu-Sat).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Supervision: Group setting strictly for adults (25+) with posture correction.
Workout Structure
- Cardio: High-volume burpees, jumping jacks, and agility ladder drills.
- Striking: Basic kickboxing drills on GoodWin heavy bags (punches and roundhouse kicks).
- Strength: Bodyweight calisthenics (pushups, squats) and basic iron plate lifting.
Facility & Diet
- Environment: Non-AC, well-ventilated shed structure with industrial fans and EVA foam mats.
- Nutrition: Generalized verbal guidance on clean eating and weight management.
- Accountability: Weekly verbal weight check-ins.
1-on-1 Personal Training & Custom Nutrition
Customized Coaching
- Format: 1-on-1 private training with choice of location (Academy or In-Home within radius).
- Specialization: Plans tailored for specific needs including flat feet correction, injury rehab, or rapid weight loss.
- Technique: Hands-on manual resistance, spotting for weights, and coach-held pads for kickboxing.
Advanced Nutrition
- Planning: Custom diet chart created based on BMR and activity levels (Veg/Non-Veg).
- Monitoring: Daily feedback via WhatsApp on meal photos and hydration habits.
- Supplementation: Guidance on protein and recovery support if needed.
Tracking & Schedule
- Progress: Bi-weekly body measurements and photo assessments.
- Timing: Flexible scheduling based on client convenience (Morning/Evening).

I help people build discipline and mental strength along with physical results. The work is tough but worth it.
My Approach
- Holistic fitness coaching: I mix strength training, kickboxing, bodyweight drills, and CrossFit-inspired workouts. No boring routines - we keep things dynamic so your body and mind stay challenged.
- Nutrition is half the game. I guide you step by step on what to eat, whether you want weight loss, muscle gain, or just a healthier lifestyle. Personalized nutrition plans are part of every program.
- We work on flexibility, functional strength, and even fix issues like flat feet with corrective exercises.

My Story
Alhamdulillah, started Revolution Martial Arts in Bhatkal with one crazy dream - make champions, inside and outside the dojo. Now, seeing kids like Mustafiz Kola smash records, qualifying for national karate, that’s something, I tell you. But medals aren’t everything. We train, eat cake, swim, fix health stuff like flat feet, laugh, cry - all in it together. My students grow strong, confident, disciplined. I’m just grateful to be part of their journey.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - We teach Shotokan karate, kickboxing, fitness, self-defense, and nutrition for kids (4+) and adults.
Personal & Camp Training - Special summer martial arts camps, winter camps, and personal training for all levels.
Training Champions - Our students compete at taluk, district, state, and national levels. Real national-level karate coaching.
Two Bhatkal Dojos - Branches on Bunder Road and Azad Nagar, always upgrading. Some routes have transport.
Fitness for Health Issues - We help kids with flat feet and other health concerns through targeted exercises.
