Our kickboxing programs are designed for power and precision. Here, a member executes a powerful knee strike on the heavy bag, a fundamental technique for building core strength and striking ability.

Our training happens on a 4th-floor open terrace, not a cramped gym. You are working with national-level coaches on heavy bags and battle ropes, focusing on actual technique rather than just counting reps. It is tough, but it is exactly what builds genuine discipline.
We structured our programs to move you past the plateau of standard gym exercises. Each 60-minute session is a mix of heavy bag work, functional HIIT intervals, and tactical pad drills. We do not use air conditioning because we want you to adapt to the environment, build stamina, and shed weight effectively. For instance, some of our members have lost up to 18 kg in three months by following this routine. If you are here to build strength, learn self-defense, or compete, you need to understand that your progress depends on your effort. We provide the blueprint, the heavy bags, and the expert supervision, but you bring the intensity. Our facility is equipped for serious work, featuring puzzle mats for safety and a range of functional equipment. Whether you want to improve your boxing form or need a high-calorie-burn workout, we have a specific protocol for you.
