Our open-terrace training environment is designed for performance, not comfort. Since we operate without air conditioning, our sessions utilize high-density puzzle mats and industrial fans to create a raw, functional space where you can focus on footwork, striking mechanics, and HIIT drills without the distractions of a conventional gym.
At Royal Kickboxing Academy, we treat every session as a block of structured work. You will not find generic treadmill routines here. Instead, our training revolves around functional movement and combat-ready techniques designed to build stamina and discipline.
When you join a session, expect a 60-minute cycle that begins with a warm-up targeting joint mobility, followed by technical instruction from our national-level coaches. We rotate between heavy bag work, where you learn to generate force from the hips, and shadow boxing to refine your rhythm and guard.
For those focused on weight loss and stamina, we integrate HIIT circuits using battle ropes, tractor tires, and bodyweight movements like burpees and mountain climbers. This keeps your heart rate in the optimal zone for fat burning.
