Real Combat Training and Daily Workouts at ROAR MMA
Forget air-conditioned rooms and fancy machines. This is raw, high-intensity fight camp training for anyone with the guts to show up. See how we forge warriors.
This is your call to action. We offer training in MMA, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Self-Defense. Stop waiting and join the fight.
Discipline extends beyond the mats. Here, we teach our students the importance of hygiene and self-reliance by having them wash their own hand wraps. If they stink, you get punished.
We create monsters here. This is a fast-paced look at the relentless energy of our training, from sparring in the cage to grueling conditioning drills.
The journey to becoming a fighter starts with you. This montage shows the different stages of training, from basic jump rope cardio to intense ground work and sparring.
Start now and never stop. This video captures the essence of our gym, from a fighter walking in ready to train to the team standing united at the end of a session.
About The Grind: A Glimpse Into Our World
Forget treadmills and shiny equipment. Here, you’re working with tractor tires, heavy ropes, and bodyweight circuits under the open sky. Whether you're here for serious fat loss or fight prep, expect a 60-to-90-minute session that burns, grinds, and builds real functional strength that you can actually use in the real world.
What Defines Our Training
At ROAR MMA, we aren't just hitting weights; we are building fighters. This isn't a place to hide behind headphones and stare at a wall. Our sessions are built on the 'fight camp' model, meaning you will rotate through high-volume drills, partner resistance work, and intense conditioning that most commercial gyms won't touch.
The Setup
- No Machines, All Hustle: You won't find a single electronic weight machine here. We rely on manual resistance: tractor tires, heavy ropes, and our own body weight. If you want to get stronger, you have to lift heavy, climb ropes, and crawl.
- Open Air Intensity: Our Greenfield Colony facility is about grit. You train with the elements, not in a sealed bubble. It’s about building a mind that handles discomfort.
- Combat & Conditioning: We mix up functional strength with actual MMA techniques—Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling drills. You’ll be doing bear crawls, shin conditioning, and pad work, all designed to push your heart rate and your discipline.
Why We Do It
We believe fitness is just a byproduct. The real goal is finding the fighter in you. From the Games Nights where we play contact sports to the technical pad work in personal training, every minute is designed to strip away the excuses. You’ll be sweating with everyone from kids to adults—it’s a tribe, and we all hold each other to the same standard. If you’re ready to stop playing and start training, step onto the mats.
