When the sun goes down, the lights come on and the real work begins. This is a glimpse of our gym at night, an arena waiting for the warriors to step in and train.
About Our Fight Camp
The weather dictates the pace here, and training outdoors forces you to build endurance you simply won't get under a ceiling fan. Whether it is the Faridabad heat or a cooler evening session, this is about adapting to the environment, because a real fight never happens in a climate-controlled room.
We ditched the machines for tractor tires, thick manila ropes, and heavy duty weight plates. This is not a fitness center; it is a fight camp designed to strip away distractions and focus on your output. Our sessions, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes, are built around high-volume drills that test your lungs and your resolve.
Why Train Outdoors?
Nature does not offer flat, padded floors or perfect lighting. By training on natural terrain, you develop better balance, core stability, and the mental toughness required to handle unpredictability. You will be bear-crawling on real earth and shadow boxing under the open sky.
The Training Philosophy
We mix combat conditioning with functional movements. You can expect:
- Manual Resistance: Flipping tires and using sledgehammers to build explosive power.
- Calisthenics: Pull-up bars and dips for raw strength.
- Games Night: On Thursdays, we switch gears to rugby-style football or kabaddi wearing gloves, keeping the movement natural and reactive.
Whether you are training at our Greenfield Colony location in Faridabad or our setup at Pacific Sports Complex, GK-1, the intensity remains the same. If you are bored of the standard gym routine and want to see what you are truly made of, this is where you start.
