A strong fighter needs a strong neck. We incorporate unconventional neck strengthening exercises using tires and weight plates to build resilience and knockout resistance. This is the kind of real-world conditioning you won't find in a typical gym.

We train your instincts, not just your eyes. Blindfolded sparring forces you to rely on feeling, footwork, and listening to your coach's commands, developing a deeper fight sense and sharpening your reflexes under pressure.

Training is intense, but we also know how to have fun. Our Thursday games nights often feature high-energy rounds of Kabaddi. It’s chaotic, explosive, and a great way to build agility, teamwork, and endurance while having a blast.
