About The Grind: Daily Training & Sparring

Before you commit, understand that our fight camps are not a standard fitness program; they are a rigorous technical environment. You will be sparring with active MFN and Road to UFC competitors, which means the intensity starts high from the first bell. We require a level of discipline that goes beyond just showing up, as we focus on building technical proficiency under pressure rather than simple conditioning.
