Real Combat and Fitness Training in Action
See what happens when you strip away the fluff. This is real combat and conditioning training, where every drop of sweat counts.
This is the focus and intensity we cultivate in every session. Here, a trainee executes a perfect cross, channeling power from the core. This level of dedication is what builds not just a fighter, but a resilient individual.
I believe in your potential even when you doubt yourself. This image shows a one on one kickboxing drill, focusing on proper form for a high kick. My role is to guide and push you to master techniques that build both skill and confidence.
Excuses do not produce results, but hard work does. This shot captures the raw effort of a functional strength session with battle ropes, a key tool we use for building explosive power and cardiovascular endurance.
A powerful knee strike is a fundamental weapon in kickboxing and MMA. This photo shows a trainee driving their knee into the heavy bag, a drill that builds core strength and knockout power.
The heavy bag is an essential tool for developing power and technique. Here, a trainee practices a straight right hand, focusing on full extension and hip rotation to generate maximum force. This is fundamental to our boxing for fitness program.
We build explosive athletes. This client is at the peak of a plyometric box jump, an exercise we use to develop power, agility, and coordination. This is functional fitness that translates to real world strength.
This sequence captures the dynamic movement of a box jump. The explosive upward phase is where power is generated, a key component of our functional strength training for agility and speed.
The initial phase of a box jump, demonstrating proper form and preparation for an explosive movement. Every drill begins with a solid foundation to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness.
Core strength is non negotiable. Here, a trainee performs hanging crunches on a heavy bag, an advanced exercise that builds a powerful and stable midsection, essential for both offense and defense in combat sports.
The ritual of wrapping your hands is about mental preparation as much as physical protection. It is a moment to focus before the hard work begins. This is where you prepare for battle.
About Training in Action
My training does not rely on mirrors or climate control. I conduct sessions on an open terrace in Koramangala, where the air is fresh and the focus remains entirely on functional, raw movement. You will be using heavy bags, tire flips, and focus pads, which are tools designed to build explosive power and core strength, not just to burn calories for the sake of it.
My sessions are designed to push you beyond what you thought were your limits. I focus on developing real combat skills like boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing, integrated with functional conditioning. This approach ensures you are not just getting a workout, but learning how to move with power and precision.
The process starts with a customized plan. Whether you choose the 12-session standard program or the 24-session intensive transformation, everything is tailored to your specific goals. We use tractor tires, sledgehammers, and heavy bags because those tools build strength that translates to real-world capability. You are working on hip rotation, footwork, and core stability in every set.
Expect to get sore and expect to be tired. You will also learn how to strike effectively and stay consistent, which is the foundation of any discipline. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, let's get to work.
