Not Your Average Pool

Here, paani hi ring hai (the water itself is the ring). If you think swimming is just for fun, you’re in for a surprise. Our pool in Greenfields, Faridabad, is where you either recover like a champ or push your limits with intense swimming training.

Two Ways to Get In

  • Active Recovery: Use our pool for water-based muscle recovery. Perfect after a tough fight or workout. Shake off lactic acid, clear your head, and get ready for the next round.
  • Swimming Coaching: Never learned? We’ll get you floating. Already know the basics? We’ll get you dominating. This isn’t bacha party (kids' stuff) - we train you for real strength building through swimming. We check your level and you grow from there, no excuses.

The Pool & The Vibe

Outdoor, open-air, surrounded by palm trees but with a serious training feel. Some come for a chill, but we see it as the battleground for swimming for fighters. No walk-ins - everything is about discipline, right from booking your slot.

No Shortcuts

You pick your membership - monthly, 3 month, or full season. But yaad rakh (remember), this is for those who actually want to get stronger, not just splash around. Tum mein dum hai toh pool jao (if you’ve got guts, get in the pool).

My Story

I’m Prakram Dandona, founder of ROAR MMA. For me, fighting is more than sport—it’s pure living. Roadies taught me ‘Karm ya Kaand’ (action or chaos) and I bring that same madness here. Out in Faridabad, we’re not just a gym, we’re a tribe. Women, men, kids, doesn’t matter—sabke liye (for everyone). We lift each other up, we punch, we play, we live loud. You’ll find your strength here, promise.

My Work

Combat Sports & Fitness Training - We offer MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Functional Fitness, Self Defence and swimming.

Manual Workouts, No Machines - All training is raw—cardio, strength, endurance with real hustle. Expect sweat, not fancy gear.

Open to All Ages - From kids combat sports to adults, anyone can join. If you’re willing, we’re ready.

Community & Fun - Thursday night is Games Night. We play, we bond, we grow stronger together.
