About Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training
Not Your Regular Gym
This place, Roar MMA, isn’t built for comfort or glamour. Yahan ladke (here, boys), we make fighters - not gym selfies. If you’re looking for shortcuts or fancy gear, sahi bolu toh (honestly), this isn’t for you. We believe in discipline, progress, and self-mastery, not just sweating it out. You’ll train hard, but you’ll earn every bit of respect here.
What We Actually Do
- Full MMA system - not just the basics. We teach you the stand-up game: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for MMA. Ground game? Proper no-gi BJJ training and wrestling, with real takedowns and submissions.
- Real-world stuff: Self-defense MMA classes are part of the deal. You’ll learn what actually works outside the cage.
- Functional strength for fighters: No fancy machines, just old-school grind. Shin conditioning on tires, neck work with weights, and endless circuits. Rope climbs, muscle-ups, stretching - you’ll get stronger, faster, and more flexible.
Community & Fight Team
Our tribe is strong. We host games nights - Kabaddi, MMA football - to bond and test skills. No age bar, no gender bar. Kids, adults, newbies, pros - if you’ve got himmat (guts), you’re welcome.
Our fight team competes across India. You’ll train under legit coaches like Prakram Dandona and South Asia Bantamweight champ Chungreng Koren. We prep you for real fight camps, whether you want to compete or just get tough.
The Space
Main fight camp’s in Faridabad - raw, open, full-sized octagon in the dirt. Delhi branch coming soon. If you’re ready for the grind, step in. This is where you find the fighter in you.

My Story
I’m Prakram Dandona, founder of ROAR MMA. For me, fighting is more than sport—it’s pure living. Roadies taught me ‘Karm ya Kaand’ (action or chaos) and I bring that same madness here. Out in Faridabad, we’re not just a gym, we’re a tribe. Women, men, kids, doesn’t matter—sabke liye (for everyone). We lift each other up, we punch, we play, we live loud. You’ll find your strength here, promise.
My Work
Combat Sports & Fitness Training - We offer MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Functional Fitness, Self Defence and swimming.
Manual Workouts, No Machines - All training is raw—cardio, strength, endurance with real hustle. Expect sweat, not fancy gear.
Open to All Ages - From kids combat sports to adults, anyone can join. If you’re willing, we’re ready.
Community & Fun - Thursday night is Games Night. We play, we bond, we grow stronger together.
