Real progress isn't found in comfort. Whether you are drilling Muay Thai footwork or BJJ guard retention, our sessions are designed to push you past your limits.

Before the takedowns, there is the grind. Wrestling warm-ups are designed to build functional strength, endurance, and the discipline required for combat.

A look at the end of a class. We drill combinations, work on conditioning, and finish with a team chant. Every session ends with a sense of accomplishment and unity.

Highlights from a Muay Thai session. The art of eight limbs is on full display, with fighters practicing kicks, punches, and defensive movements. This is where we respect the craft.

"If you come here, be ready to work." The mindset is instilled from a young age. We don't accept complaints, only hard work. This is how you become a champion.

A cinematic look at what we do. From the sign outside to the sweat on the mats, this is Crosstrain. We build fighters through a combination of BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, and relentless conditioning.

About The Daily Grind

The mats don't lie. Every session at our gym is about repeating the basics until they become instinct—whether that is guard retention in BJJ or perfecting your footwork for Muay Thai. We don't believe in shortcuts or easy outs. If you are ready to put in the work and stop looking for the convenient option, we are ready to coach you.
