Real progress isn't found in comfort. Whether you are drilling Muay Thai footwork or BJJ guard retention, our sessions are designed to push you past your limits.

Before the takedowns, there is the grind. Wrestling warm-ups are designed to build functional strength, endurance, and the discipline required for combat.

A look at the end of a class. We drill combinations, work on conditioning, and finish with a team chant. Every session ends with a sense of accomplishment and unity.

Highlights from a Muay Thai session. The art of eight limbs is on full display, with fighters practicing kicks, punches, and defensive movements. This is where we respect the craft.

"If you come here, be ready to work." The mindset is instilled from a young age. We don't accept complaints, only hard work. This is how you become a champion.

A cinematic look at what we do. From the sign outside to the sweat on the mats, this is Crosstrain. We build fighters through a combination of BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, and relentless conditioning.

About The Daily Grind

The mats don't lie. Every session at our gym is about repeating the basics until they become instinct—whether that is guard retention in BJJ or perfecting your footwork for Muay Thai. We don't believe in shortcuts or easy outs. If you are ready to put in the work and stop looking for the convenient option, we are ready to coach you.

At Crosstrain Fight Club, our training is tactical preparation. Whether you are training in our Sainik Farm, Faridabad, Siri Fort, or Noida facility, the method remains the same: discipline first. We break down the science of combat into functional movements.

In our Muay Thai classes, you are drilling the 'Art of 8 Limbs'—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—focusing on clinch techniques and defensive pivots. In BJJ, we drill guard passing and retention until the movement is muscle memory. You won't find AC or fancy aesthetics here; you find industrial fans, heavy bags, and a team that pushes you to your limit.

We operate on the philosophy of 'Jitna tough, utna behtar' (the harder it gets, the better). If you are struggling with a specific technique, we pause, address it, and drill it until it clicks. This is not for people looking to coast; this is for anyone willing to show up, work through the fatigue, and build real fighting skills. From our quarterly 'Fighter's Path' to single-day 'Battlefield' drop-ins, our structure supports those who are serious about the grind.
