We aren't just a gym; we’re a tribe. Here, we build monsters, but we also play hard to keep the fire alive. This is where fitness becomes brotherhood.

This is our version of a "games period". On Thursday nights, we often switch things up with light-hearted but intense team games like this boxing-based challenge to keep training fun and dynamic.

This is what happens when MMA fighters play football. We play with boxing gloves on, turning a simple game into a hilarious and chaotic drill for footwork, coordination, and cardio.

Even our gangsters have some interesting dance moves. A little bit of fun and friendly competition on the mats helps build camaraderie and keeps the mood light between intense training drills.

About The Roar Tribe: Games & Community

You won't find treadmills here. Every Thursday, we trade the heavy bags for games like Kabaddi or football—while wearing boxing gloves. It’s chaotic, messy, and forces you to move with instinct, not just technique. This is how we sharpen reaction times and build the kind of bond you can't get in a regular gym.

Think of this place as a fight camp, not a health club. We believe that if you want to perform like a warrior, you need to train like one. The 'Games Night' isn't just about blowing off steam; it’s a core part of our conditioning.

When you play football with gloves on, you are forced to protect your guard while moving. When you play Kabaddi, you are building explosive power and defensive awareness without thinking about it. These drills, combined with our functional training using tractor tires, ropes, and manual resistance, push your body past the boredom of sets and reps.

Whether you are training at our Greenfield Colony facility in Faridabad or our center at the Pacific Sports Complex in GK-1, you will find the same intensity. We don't care about what you look like. We care about your discipline and your willingness to show up. From three-year-olds to adults in their sixties, the tribe is inclusive, but the work is serious. If you are bored of standard machines and want to see what your mind and body are actually capable of, drop the ego and jump in.

I’m Prakram, and I started ROAR MMA because I wanted a place that felt like a real fight camp, not a sterile gym. Whether you're a kid or a veteran, when you walk onto these mats, you’re part of the ROAR family. We sweat together, we fight together, and we play together.
