This is where the real work happens. A look at our gym culture, the DIY setup, and the daily grind that builds a fighter.

People ask where I got my boxing ring. We built it ourselves. There's a special feeling you get from training in a ring you built with your own hands.

Working on wrestling drills on the mat. This is the foundation of MMA control.

A quick post-workout selfie. The sweat and hard work are visible. This is the reality of the fighter's life.

A candid moment after a tough training session. Tired but satisfied. This is the grind.

About Additional Work & Gym Life

People often ask me where we got our boxing ring. The truth is, we built it ourselves. We sourced the materials, tied the ropes, and set up the padding as a team. We did not wait for a fancy facility to start training; we created the environment we needed with our own hands. That is the kind of ownership and discipline I expect from everyone who steps onto my mats.

At VAJRA MMA, we prioritize function over aesthetics. You will not find climate-controlled luxury here. What you will find is a raw, high-intensity training space designed for one purpose: to make you stronger, faster, and more mentally resilient.

The DIY Ethos

When you train on equipment you helped set up, you treat it differently. My students understand that the ring, the bags, and the mats are tools for survival. By involving the team in the setup, I ensure everyone understands that being a fighter is not just about the technique; it is about taking responsibility for your surroundings and your growth.

A Day in the Gym

Our typical session starts with basic conditioning. We do not believe in vanity bodybuilding. Whether it is jump squats, explosive plyometrics, or heavy bag conditioning, everything is geared toward cage utility. After that, we move into live sparring. This is where the theory hits reality. From ground game positional drills to stand-up striking combos, you learn how to think while you are tired.

Why This Matters

The gym is a microcosm of life. If you can push through a 90 minute session when you are exhausted, you can push through challenges outside the cage. I focus on Fight IQ, knowing when to strike, when to clinch, and when to defend. If you are in Noida and looking for a place that values grit over glamour, this is where you belong. Samajh me aaya?

Main Kapil hoon. I do not believe in shortcuts or fancy facilities that look good on Instagram but do not help you fight. I believe in sweat, consistent practice, and the mindset that you are your only real opponent.
