We use heavy tires for more than just flips. Here, our fighters practice powerful roundhouse kicks on a tire held by a partner, a drill that builds devastating kicking power and shin conditioning simultaneously.

This is how we build fighters from the ground up. Shin conditioning is not for the faint of heart, but it's essential for any serious striker. We use controlled drills to toughen the shins for both offense and defense.
There are no shortcuts to strength. Our training involves functional movements like barefoot tire carries to build grip and core stability, and bar work to master your own bodyweight.
A strong core is the foundation of a fighter. Here, we take ab workouts to another level with partner-assisted drills that simulate the chaos and impact of a real fight.
Flexibility is as important as strength. We end our sessions with deep, assisted stretching to improve range of motion, prevent injuries, and speed up recovery, even if it comes with a few screams.
Shin conditioning is a staple at Roar MMA. We use various methods, including partner drills with sticks, to systematically build bone density and pain tolerance in our shins.

How We Train

- Manual Resistance: Using tractor tires, sledgehammers, and heavy ropes to build explosive power and grip strength.
- Bodyweight Mastery: Bear crawls, pull-ups, and partner-assisted drills that simulate the chaos of a real struggle.
- Bone Conditioning: Yes, we do shin conditioning and neck drills. It is not for the faint of heart, but it is necessary if you want to be a combat-ready athlete.
- Chaos Training: We mix up traditional circuits with contact games like Kabaddi and football with boxing gloves. It builds agility, teamwork, and reaction speed under pressure.
