About Train With Champions
The difference between a trainer and a fighter is in the details—like how they fix your stance mid-punch or know exactly when your guard is dropping before you do. When you train here, you aren't getting generic counting; you're getting correction from guys who have actually bled in the ring, meaning you fix bad habits in weeks that take others years to break.
Most gyms hire instructors who got a weekend certificate. We believe that if you want to fight or train like a fighter, you need to learn from someone who has been inside the octagon. When coaches like South Asia Bantamweight Champion Chungreng Koren or I am correcting your hooks or your takedown defense, you’re not just getting theory—you’re getting combat-tested tactics.
We don't do 'fitness for the sake of it.' We teach combat sports as a discipline. Whether it's boxing, Muay Thai, or BJJ, the technique must be precise because in a real fight, precision is survival. You will learn:
- Technical Pad Work: We hold the pads, we show you the angle, and we fix your footwork until it’s instinct.
- Real-Time Sparring Feedback: You make a mistake, we tell you immediately. We don't wait until the end of the session to critique your form.
- Fight Conditioning: We train for endurance. You'll learn how to breathe under pressure, how to recover between rounds, and how to stay calm when you're exhausted.
