About Calisthenics, Parkour & Advanced Flips
When we move to advanced flips and muscle-ups, it is not just about raw strength; it is about precise technique. I use manual spotting for every student during these drills, so even if you are attempting a gainer or a weighted muscle-up for the first time, you have that extra layer of safety to push your limits without fear.
Calisthenics is where we build the engine. You learn to control your body weight through muscle-ups, human flags, and handstands. Once you have that foundation, we take those skills to the floor and the wall with parkour and advanced flips.
I train students at FlyFlipper Academy with a focus on progression. You do not just jump into a backflip. We work on the strength drills, the flexibility, and the landing mechanics first. Every student gets hands-on attention. Whether you are training at the academy in Laxmi Nagar or Bhajanpura, or opting for home sessions in Delhi NCR, the focus remains on safe, steady growth. We use thick crash mats and wedges, but the most important tool is the manual spotting I provide until you build the muscle memory to fly solo.
