About The Vibe at Fly Flipper Academy

In our group sessions, you are never training alone. While I focus on individual form, you are constantly learning from watching others land their first cartwheels or back handsprings. We keep the groups small enough that I can still spot everyone, but you get that extra push of energy from training alongside people working toward the same goals.

Why Train in a Group?

Gymnastics and parkour can be intimidating when you start, but the environment at Fly Flipper Academy is designed to make it approachable. When you train in a group, you stop overthinking. You see a peer struggle with a handstand or a parkour vault and then succeed, which proves that you can do it too. This community feedback loop speeds up your learning process significantly.

What Happens in a Session

We don't just jump into flips. Every session follows a structured flow:

  • Joint Preparation: A mandatory 15-minute warm-up focused on wrists, ankles, and neck health.
  • Foundational Drills: We work on rolls, cartwheels, and balance. If you are a beginner, this is where you build the foundation.
  • Skill Progression: Whether it is back handsprings or wall runs, we use crash mats, incline wedges, and barrel rollers to manage the risk.
  • Manual Spotting: I am on the floor during every group class. I provide hands-on support for high-risk moves so you can push your limits safely.

Who This Is For

This isn't an elite-only club. We have groups for kids, adults, and total beginners who have never done a cartwheel in their life. You will be training in a fan-cooled, indoor facility in Laxmi Nagar, surrounded by thick mats and people who are there to work hard. If you have the will to practice, you fit in.
