Gymnastics and Acrobatics Training in Basaveshwara Nagar
I am Giri Gowda. Whether you are a kid or an adult, I help you learn backflips, twists, and core strength. We train on mats at Kuvempu Park and our Basaveshwara Nagar center, rain or shine.
Flexibility is key to power and preventing injury. My students work on their backbends and other flexibility drills in a line during an outdoor group session.
A student performs a clean aerial twist, a move that combines gymnastics and martial arts, showing the kind of dynamic skills we practice.
Trust and technique are essential. Here, I am spotting a student as he executes a partner-assisted backflip, ensuring he learns the move safely and correctly.
We take our skills anywhere. A student practices a dynamic flag pole hold on a street pole, demonstrating incredible core strength and body control.
We build strength from the ground up. Young students practice core exercises and bridge poses on the mats, developing the fundamental strength needed for advanced acrobatics.
A student executes a powerful spinning kick-the-moon flip in our outdoor training area, a testament to his hard work and athletic ability.
A student performs a full twisting layout, also known as a "kick full," across the length of our tumbling mat during a public demonstration.
About this collection
You don't need a fancy gym to learn gymnastics. You need a mat, a coach who knows his stuff, and the will to practice until your body gets it right. I have been training students here in Basaveshwara Nagar since 2013, and if you show up and listen, I will teach you the moves.
No Shortcuts, Just Practice
Many people think they need expensive equipment to learn gymnastics or acrobatics. That is not true. At Chang Lean, we focus on the basics: body control, flexibility, and core strength. Whether you want to learn a basic somersault, a back handspring, or a full twisting layout, the process is the same. We start slow on the safety mats, get the technique right, and then we push for more speed and height.
Where We Train
We operate out of Basaveshwara Nagar, with classes happening at our center and outdoors at Kuvempu Park. Training on grass and in public spaces teaches you to focus and adapt, which is why our students are so confident. I personally spot every student during their first attempts at flips or twists to make sure nobody gets hurt.
Who Should Join?
This is for anyone. I have 3-year-old kids learning body control, and I have grown-ups who want to get fit or learn movie-style stunts. If you want to learn fight choreography, we cover the combat techniques that go with it. You don't need to be an athlete to start. You just need to have the 'gaanchali' (attitude) to work hard and learn. My students come here to struggle together, help each other, and celebrate when they finally land that jump. Come, let us make your body flexible.
Chang Lean
I am Giri Gowda, a farmer's son who believes in hard work. I do not care about fancy degrees; I care about how much practice you put in on the mat. Come join us to learn stunts, gymnastics, and how to control your body.
