About Learning to Fly
Getting air time starts with the right equipment. We use octagonal tumblers and air tracks to help you feel the rotation of a backflip before you ever attempt it on the mats. You won't be throwing yourself blindly into a move here. We focus on the progression—from the jump and tuck to the landing—so you build the muscle memory and the confidence to stick the landing safely every single time.
How We Train Your First Flip
Progression is everything. At our Rajajinagar studio, we don't believe in forcing skills before your body is ready. Our training relies on a specific sequence: building core strength and flexibility first, then moving to assisted spotting, and finally independent execution. Whether you are working on a simple cartwheel or a full back handspring, our coaches are there to ensure you maintain proper form to avoid injury.
Our Safety Standards
We understand that learning to fly can be intimidating. That is why our facility is fully padded with 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats, crash mats, and vaulting boxes. When you learn with us, you are not just learning a trick—you are learning body control. You will understand how to fall, how to tuck, and how to spot your landing, which are the foundations of all gymnastics and parkour skills.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to be flexible to start? Not at all. We have specific flexibility and strength drills in every session. You will naturally become more flexible as you progress through our levels.
- Is this safe for beginners? Yes. We keep student-to-coach ratios small, usually 8:1, to ensure hands-on spotting for every student during high-impact training.
- How long does it take to learn a backflip? Everyone moves at their own pace. Some students nail it in a few sessions, others take a month. We celebrate the journey, not just the result.
