About Advanced Tumbling & Flips
We don't just ask you to jump. Every flip, from a back somersault to a gainer, starts with me or my team spotting you. We use high-density crash pads to ensure you build the technique safely before attempting moves independently. It is all about the right progression—first the basics, then the air time.
Safety and Technique First
Advanced tumbling is not about bravado; it is about body control. Whether you are working on a webster front flip or a back handspring, our approach is always the same. We prioritize manual spotting—this means you have an instructor right there to guide your rotation and ensure a safe landing. We use vinyl-covered crash pads, not to cushion a fall, but to provide the confidence you need to commit to the move.
The Path to Your First Flip
We break down complex skills into manageable segments. You will see us using floor drills and specialized wall-push exercises to generate the power needed for somersaults. If you are training with us in Banashankari or RR Nagar, expect us to tell you hogli hogli (let it go) when you hesitate. We know that the mental block is often the biggest obstacle. Once you nail the technique, we focus on the execution—making it look clean, powerful, and controlled.
