If you think you don't like exercising, you should try our gym. We focus on making fitness fun and effective, surrounded by a team that wants to see you win. Many of our members had negative gym experiences before, but now they love training with us.
This is how we start, getting the body ready for the work ahead. The message on the wall says it all: "It never gets easier; you just get stronger." Here, our members are doing core exercises together, building a foundation of strength as a group.
A Monday session sets the tone for the week. Here I am checking the form on a kettlebell goblet squat, ensuring depth and posture are correct. We believe in starting the week strong, together.
We love a good challenge to test our skills. Here, members of our community are trying the stand up mobility challenge, testing their core strength, balance, and flexibility. It’s these fun moments that make our training sessions so engaging.

The cool-down is mandatory here. It's the key to unlocking recovery and progress. After a tough workout, we take the time to stretch and improve mobility, which helps reduce muscle soreness and prevent injuries.
About Our Fitfam: More Than a Gym
You might walk into our Model Town facility feeling like a stranger, but you'll leave as part of the crew. We don't believe in intimidating gym vibes where everyone sticks to their headphones. Instead, we use group warm-ups, partner challenges, and mandatory cool-down sessions to make sure everyone—from total beginners to seasoned athletes—interacts, laughs, and pushes each other toward their personal best.
Why does the 'fitfam' approach actually matter for your fitness? Because when you have someone asking, 'Kal aa rahe ho?' (Are you coming tomorrow?), you are much more likely to show up. Consistency is the real game-changer in any fitness journey, and our community provides the accountability that a solo gym workout often lacks.
More Than Just Reps
We focus on scalable intensity. If you cannot do a box jump yet, no problem, we swap it. The workout intensity remains, but the movement is scaled to fit your current level. This is exactly how we train members like Aarti, 61, who started with knee pain and now deadlifts 70kg, working out right alongside our younger athletes.
What We Actually Do
- The Check-In: We talk nutrition, sleep, and stress management, not just burpees.
- Real-World Strength: We use kettlebells, sleds, and tires—equipment that builds functional strength for life, not just for the mirror.
- Mandatory Recovery: Every session ends with stretching and mobility work. We don't skip this because we want you coming back injury-free.
