Stronger Together: The ITCF Way

This is our crew - no shortcuts, just real effort. We turn up, back each other, and grind through the tough days and the good ones. What matters most here is showing up, not just chasing a before-and-after photo. If you’ve ever thought, “Is CrossFit for someone like me?” - trust me, it’s for everyone.

What Happens in Class?

Each one-hour session has a bit of everything:

  • Warm-up with mobility moves or sometimes a goofy game to break the ice
  • Skill or strength work (think Olympic lifts or core bodyweight stuff)
  • WOD (Workout of the Day) - always high intensity, always different, never boring
  • Cool-down with stretching to help your body bounce back

We stick to a simple approach: mechanics first, then consistency, then intensity. Our coaches use a Tell-Show-Do-Check method so you get it right safely. Every move gets scaled to your level - total beginners, old-timers, everyone.

What You’ll Actually Do

Functional fitness group training means you might be lifting one day, climbing ropes the next. You’ll try:

  • Olympic weightlifting moves
  • Gymnastics basics like pull-ups or handstands
  • Cardio blasts with running, rowing, or SkiErg
  • Toys like kettlebells and sleds (and yeah, burpees)

More Than Just Workouts

The best part? The folks beside you. Saturday Partner WODs, holiday workouts, member birthdays - everything’s better with crew. Sometimes even our pets join in for a high-five. If you want a high intensity workout community that’s real, this is it.

My Story

Hey, we’re I Think CrossFit—just a bunch of fitness nerds who believe in good vibes and real connections. Our head coach Nishanth is over 50, still crushing it after 17 years in the game. We started this box to make fitness fun, not just sweaty. We party, we celebrate every festival, and we show up for each other. This is our fitfam, not just a gym. No shortcuts, only the long haul—stronger, fitter, happier. Join the madness.

Group Classes & Personal Training - We run group CrossFit, personal training, and hybrid endurance training. All levels welcome.

Scalable CrossFit Workouts - Every workout can be tweaked for beginners, athletes, or even a pregnant mom—seriously, we’ve seen it all.

Coaching That Cares - Our Level 2 coaches focus on mechanics first, then consistency, then intensity. Injury-free is the goal.

Olympic Weightlifting & Gymnastics - Skill sessions for lifting, jumping, climbing—get strong and move better, whatever your age.

The ITCF Vibe - We throw in-house Throwdowns, cheer loud for PRs, and believe in the power of community. Not just a gym.
