You don't need to be an athlete to start. Whether you're lifting for the first time or fixing your technique, I am right there on the floor with you. Here is how we break it down—safely, effectively, and step-by-step.

I am always on the floor, watching your form and making sure you are safe. Here I am observing members during a deadlift and providing cues to ensure proper technique. Baaki main dekh lunga, you just have to show up.

We are a team. Here I am spotting a member on the bench press to help him push past his limits safely. We also manage your sleep, stress, training, and nutrition to ensure holistic progress.

About Expert Coaching & Perfecting Your Form

Most people get stuck because they are afraid to touch the barbell. Don't be. My job on the floor is not just to watch you sweat, but to watch your form. If your lumbar spine is rounding during a deadlift or your knees are caving on a squat, I will stop you, fix it, and teach you the correct movement pattern so you actually get stronger instead of getting hurt.
