About Expert Coaching & Perfecting Your Form
Most people get stuck because they are afraid to touch the barbell. Don't be. My job on the floor is not just to watch you sweat, but to watch your form. If your lumbar spine is rounding during a deadlift or your knees are caving on a squat, I will stop you, fix it, and teach you the correct movement pattern so you actually get stronger instead of getting hurt.
At Raw CrossFit, we treat fitness like a skill, not just a workout. If you walk into a gym and just start throwing weights around, you are asking for an injury. That is why our 60-minute sessions are structured with safety as the non-negotiable first step.
We start with a mandatory warm-up to prep your joints, move into the WOD (Workout of the Day) where we focus on intensity, and finish with dedicated cool-down mobility work. Throughout this, I am on the floor. I am not sitting in an office; I am watching your technique, cueing your lifts, and ensuring you are moving well. If you can’t do a box jump yet, we scale it to step-ups. If your bench press form is off, I will spot you and adjust your grip until it clicks.
We use proper gear like Yoddha rigs, Olympic barbells, and heavy-duty bumper plates, all set up on a high-density rubber floor designed to take a beating. Whether you are 18 or 61, the goal is the same: to make you functionally stronger for everyday life. We don't just count reps; we track your progress on major lifts and ensure your body is recovering through proper sleep and nutrition guidance. You bring the consistency, baaki main dekh lunga (I'll handle the rest).
