Strength & Conditioning Classes for Kids and Adults in Mumbai
Real fitness isn't just about lifting weights. It is about building agility, functional strength, and the mindset of a fighter. Whether you are at our Juhu or Goregaon centers, we train for real, measurable results.
Flexibility is key to powerful kicks and injury prevention. We work on leg mobility drills to increase range of motion, improve muscle strength, and enhance overall performance.
A lower body session focused on building powerful kicks. These drills are great for reducing belly fat, strengthening the core, and improving stamina.
For my most serious students, we work on advanced techniques like knuckle and finger conditioning. These push-up variations build the strength required for powerful strikes.
About Peak Physical Fitness: Strength & Conditioning
Most gyms just have you run on a treadmill, but that does not build real-world strength. Here, we use MMA-based conditioning. We rotate through agility ladders, partner-based leg mobility drills, and specific knuckle conditioning to make your body efficient and injury-resistant. If you are serious about getting fit or learning to defend yourself, this is the hard work that pays off.
The Fighter's Approach to Fitness
When I train students at my Vile Parle, Juhu, and Goregaon facilities, we do not waste time. My strength and conditioning philosophy is simple: build the machine to handle the fight.
We focus on three core pillars:
- Agility & Coordination: Using ladders and hurdles, we train your feet to move as fast as your brain. This is crucial for kids developing motor skills and adults looking to sharpen reflexes.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Tight muscles are prone to injury. We dedicate serious time to leg mobility and active stretching. This ensures you can kick higher, move faster, and recover quicker.
- Functional Strength: We skip the fancy machines. Instead, we use bodyweight exercises, knuckle conditioning, and partner resistance drills. This builds the kind of raw power that translates into daily life and, if you choose, the ring.
Why This Works
I always tell my students, 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो' (Hey brother, watch your step). This applies to everything. You need to be aware of your surroundings, your posture, and your limits. Whether you are a beginner looking to lose 20kg or a student prepping for a district medal, the method is the same.
We are a family here. You will be training alongside future champions and people who just want to be better versions of themselves. We keep the batches small, roughly 8 to 15 students, so I can correct your form and push you to improve every single session. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start working, come train with us.
