About Taekwondo Classes
Taekwondo is more than just fighting moves for me - it’s about building courage (himmat), bouncing back from setbacks, and shaping who you are. I learned early that every fall is a lesson, not a failure. That’s the attitude I pass on.
Kids & Teens: Real Change Beyond Screens
If your child is glued to their phone, yahan pe (here) we give them a reason to unplug. Our Taekwondo for kids batches (from age 4) are fun but disciplined. In just a few weeks, parents often see better focus, respect, and confidence. We teach them to listen, respect, and stand tall - and yes, real self-defense, not just movie stunts.
Adults: Break Routine, Build Strength
Bored of the same old gym? Adult martial arts classes here are anything but dull. Whether you want to lose weight, de-stress, or just feel stronger, you’ll find something real. Each class is a mix of fitness, technique, and mental focus.
How Classes Work
- Sessions blend technique, fitness, and mental drills.
- Learn powerful kicks, crisp punches, and authentic Taekwondo sparring techniques.
- Practice poomsae (forms), strength drills, and even a bit of Korean lingo like Gyeongnye (bow).
The Black Belt Journey
Getting a Black Belt isn’t for everyone - sach bolun toh (to be honest), most quit. Only those who stick it out finish. If you’re serious, I’ll help you train for big competitions - district, state, even national level.
Find us in Andheri, Goregaon, and Malad. Each dojang has its own vibe, so pick what suits you.

My Story
Consistency, yahi sab kuch hai. Main khud bachpan mein Tadasana 10,000+ baar kiya, issi wajah se height bhi achhi ho gayi (6’1” hoon main!). Yehi lagan main apni classes mein laata hoon - har pose, har bow respect aur discipline sikhata hai. Gaffar Pathan Sir se milna recently ek proud moment tha. Humari journey respect se shuru hoti hai, aur main chahta hoon har student mein yeh values aaye, step by step.
