One-on-one pad work is crucial for perfecting technique. Here, a young student practices his boxing combinations, improving his power, speed, and accuracy with every punch.

Students learn from each other in my classes. Here, one boy holds the kicking pad for his partner, helping him develop a powerful and accurate Taekwondo-style kick.

This is how we build awareness: 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो'. In our group classes, we practice defensive movements and shadow boxing to stay sharp and alert from all angles.

The energy in our kick day session is always high. Students line up to practice their kicks on the pads, building power and endurance in a dynamic group setting.

This is what a typical session looks like. We mix bag work, sparring drills, pad work, and celebrate every victory, whether it's a new skill learned or a medal won.

About Building the Foundation: Core Drills & Techniques

Forget fancy moves for a minute. The core of my class is 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो' (Hey brother, watch your step). We spend serious time on footwork, stance, and blocking, the repetitive stuff that actually keeps you safe in a real fight. You will be on the mat drilling these movements until your body remembers them even when you are tired. This is how we build a fighter, not just someone who throws random punches.
