My Approach
Boxing is way more than just throwing punches. It's about toughening up both body and mind. Yahan pe, we don't care if you’re training for a fight or just life itself - discipline and confidence come first. I push hard, but always keep it simple.
What Happens in Class
Every session is a full-body grind. If you want easy, this isn’t it - but you’ll see real results.
- Pad work with me: You'll learn proper technique and get that sharp form. We’ll drill jabs, crosses, hooks, and combos till you feel the snap in your punches.
- Heavy bag & shadow boxing: You’ll build power and stamina, plus work on movement and footwork in groups.
- Real conditioning: Expect high-energy circuits, core weights, and agility stuff. It’s full-body conditioning boxing, not just hitting bags.
Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or looking for boxing for weight loss. I train kids, adults, anyone who wants to sweat and get strong. Beginners get basics first, and regulars keep levelling up.
Personal Training
Want to go faster or got a specific goal? I do one-on-one pad work boxing training. You’ll get my full focus, and when you nail a combo, I’ll shout a solid shabash! Nothing fancy, just honest effort.
