Monthly Group Boxing Membership
Schedule & Format
- Frequency: Access to training 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 90-minute evening sessions (typically 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM slots).
- Class Size: Large group setting (15-25 participants) focusing on collective energy and drill rotations.
Training Drills
- Conditioning: High-rep agility ladder work, cone drills, and sprint intervals on artificial turf or track.
- Boxing Tech: Shadow boxing lines covering stance, guard, and basic Jab-Cross-Hook combinations.
- Bag Work: Rotational access to shared hanging heavy bags (AXSON/TITLE brands) for power development.
- Strength: Bodyweight calisthenics (burpees, pushups) and basic compound lifts using shared iron barbells and tires.
Facility & Gear
- Venue: Training conducted on school premises (artificial turf or stilt area) with ceiling fan cooling (Non-AC).
- Gear: Usage of shared academy gloves and kick pads (personal wraps and gloves recommended for hygiene).

- Duration: 90 days of consecutive access from the start date.
- Savings: Reduced effective monthly rate compared to the standard monthly membership.

Standard Inclusions

1-on-1 Personal Coaching

- Frequency: Approximately 12 dedicated sessions per month (e.g., 3 alternate days per week).
- Attention: 1-on-1 coaching ratio during technical segments, separate from the general group crowd.
Advanced Technical Work
- Pad Work: Extended rounds of Focus Mitt training with the Head Coach to improve reaction time, accuracy, and power.
- Correction: Detailed micro-adjustments to footwork, defense (slipping/rolling), and punching angles.
- Sparring: Safe, supervised introduction to ring contact mechanics for advanced students.

My Approach
Boxing is way more than just throwing punches. It's about toughening up both body and mind. Yahan pe, we don't care if you’re training for a fight or just life itself - discipline and confidence come first. I push hard, but always keep it simple.
What Happens in Class
Every session is a full-body grind. If you want easy, this isn’t it - but you’ll see real results.
- Pad work with me: You'll learn proper technique and get that sharp form. We’ll drill jabs, crosses, hooks, and combos till you feel the snap in your punches.
- Heavy bag & shadow boxing: You’ll build power and stamina, plus work on movement and footwork in groups.
- Real conditioning: Expect high-energy circuits, core weights, and agility stuff. It’s full-body conditioning boxing, not just hitting bags.
Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or looking for boxing for weight loss. I train kids, adults, anyone who wants to sweat and get strong. Beginners get basics first, and regulars keep levelling up.
Personal Training
Want to go faster or got a specific goal? I do one-on-one pad work boxing training. You’ll get my full focus, and when you nail a combo, I’ll shout a solid shabash! Nothing fancy, just honest effort.

My Story
Hey, I’m the coach at Ace Boxing. Here, we’re like one big family – students, parents, all of us. Started out with just a dream, now our kids win medals – Gold at Nationals, Silver at State, even Khelo India. But you know, it’s not just about medals. Watching a shy 6-year-old turn confident after a few months – that’s something. We sweat it out, then sit together for a chat, mind training too. Always tell my boxers, ‘Shabash beta, you made us proud.’ That’s our real win.
