My Approach

Boxing is way more than just throwing punches. It's about toughening up both body and mind. Yahan pe, we don't care if you’re training for a fight or just life itself - discipline and confidence come first. I push hard, but always keep it simple.

What Happens in Class

Every session is a full-body grind. If you want easy, this isn’t it - but you’ll see real results.

  • Pad work with me: You'll learn proper technique and get that sharp form. We’ll drill jabs, crosses, hooks, and combos till you feel the snap in your punches.
  • Heavy bag & shadow boxing: You’ll build power and stamina, plus work on movement and footwork in groups.
  • Real conditioning: Expect high-energy circuits, core weights, and agility stuff. It’s full-body conditioning boxing, not just hitting bags.

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or looking for boxing for weight loss. I train kids, adults, anyone who wants to sweat and get strong. Beginners get basics first, and regulars keep levelling up.

Personal Training

Want to go faster or got a specific goal? I do one-on-one pad work boxing training. You’ll get my full focus, and when you nail a combo, I’ll shout a solid shabash! Nothing fancy, just honest effort.

My Story

Hey, I’m the coach at Ace Boxing. Here, we’re like one big family – students, parents, all of us. Started out with just a dream, now our kids win medals – Gold at Nationals, Silver at State, even Khelo India. But you know, it’s not just about medals. Watching a shy 6-year-old turn confident after a few months – that’s something. We sweat it out, then sit together for a chat, mind training too. Always tell my boxers, ‘Shabash beta, you made us proud.’ That’s our real win.

My Work

Boxing, Self Defence, Fitness & Weight Loss - We offer kids boxing classes, self defence for beginners, fitness for all ages, and personal training.

For Everyone, Age 6+ - Open to boys and girls – beginners or advanced, we train you from scratch.

Train with Medalist Coaches - Our trainers are certified pros and medalists. We know what it takes to compete.

Intense Training & Mental Strength - We push hard in sessions, then talk it out – mental strength training is part of our routine.

Community & Camps - Not just classes – we do summer camps, inter-district training, and support you all the way.
