- Timing Choice: Option between Non-Peak hours or Peak hours/Ladies-only batch.
- Zones: Unlimited access to Cardio Section (Treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers) and Strength Zone (Free weights, machines).

- Cooling: Air-conditioned floor with split AC units.
- Changing & Storage: Basic changing rooms available. Lockers available (likely chargeable or bring-your-own-lock).
- Flooring: Standard rubberized gym tiles for shock absorption.

Adult Stunt Gymnastics Program

Why We Move
At PTKS Connect, fitness is for sab (everyone). I see all kinds of folks walk in - from total newbies to seasoned athletes. My belief? If you can move, you can train. Winning medals is great, but so is showing up and just giving your best.
What You’ll Find Here
- A full gym with dumbbells, benches, and machines for strength or those cardio and flexibility sessions if you’re more about endurance.
- Yoga and meditation classes, where we slow things down and focus on the basics. Yeh sirf body ka nahi, mind ka bhi kaam hai (It’s not just about the body, but the mind too).
- Stunt Gym for adults. Not your usual gym stuff - think gymnastics-based fitness programs, cool for building confidence and crazy strength.
- Personal fitness coaching with our trainers if you want that one-on-one push or a plan that actually fits you.
- Group strength classes like Zumba, calisthenics, crossfit, and even hydrotherapy if you want to mix it up.
Who Can Join?
Sabko welcome hai (Everyone’s welcome). Kids, seniors, beginners, absolute pros - doesn’t matter. No one’s judging if you can only touch your toes or if you’re doing handstands. Bas shuru karo (Just start). We’ll push you, but never beyond what feels right for you.

My Story
We’re PTKS Connect, but honestly, it feels more like a big sports family here at Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul, Vile Parle. Some days, it’s kids tumbling around, some days it’s seniors smashing it at pickleball. Our leader Arvind Dada keeps us dreaming bigger. Olympians, beginners, everyone’s welcome. We’ve seen wild things: 71-year-olds paddling, tiny kids flipping, and national medals too. For us, it’s all about fun, hard work, and feeling you belong.
My Work
Sports Coaching for All - We coach everything from Judo, Chess, Gymnastics, Shooting, Swimming, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Artistic Skating, to Yoga and Zumba.
Mother toddler sports batches & senior citizen pickleball - Age doesn’t matter here. We’ve got programs for toddlers, kids, adults, and seniors. Everyone finds their spot.
From Fun to Olympian Shooting Training - Join for fun or chase medals. Our coaches include national players. We guide you at every skill level.
Holistic Sports Development - Not just body, mind too. Sports psychologists, nutritionists, and a big focus on learning being fun.
