- Functional Gear: Access to assault air bikes, plyo boxes, battle ropes, and Olympic barbells with bumper plates.
- Flooring: Professional rubber mats for heavy drops and AstroTurf for sled pushes.
Recovery & Perks
- Cold Therapy: Access to Cold Water Immersion (Ice Baths) for inflammation reduction.
- Nutrition: Basic guidance on the "Fitness in 100 Words" doctrine focusing on whole foods.
