Quarterly Foundation Program
Core Training Scope
- Commitment: 3-month mandatory cycle.
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Alternate days), 60 minutes per session.
- Format: Group training with a coach-to-student ratio of approx 1:12 to 1:15.
- Syllabus: Shakehand/Penhold grip basics, stance, footwork drills, and counter drive mastery.
Facility & Gear
- Equipment: Access to ITTF-approved professional tables (STAG / XIOM).
- Venue: Large indoor multi-sport hall with standard synthetic sports flooring and industrial ventilation.
- Supplies: Bulk poly training balls provided for drills.
Prerequisites & Admin
- Access: Includes issuance of specific student identity card.
- Competition: Eligibility to participate in internal academy ranking ladders.
- Student Requirements: Must bring own racquet and non-marking gum sole shoes.
Advanced Competitive Track
Professional Training
- Frequency: 6 days per week (Tuesday to Sunday).
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session, including off-table fitness.
- Drills: High-intensity multi-ball training (manual coach feeding) for reaction time.
- Tactics: Focus on service variation, spin reading, and match simulations.
Physical Conditioning
- Fitness: Dedicated agility training, shuttle runs, and core strengthening for footwork.
- Mentoring: Performance analysis for competitive improvement.
Facility Access
- Priority: Access to best-condition tables with newest rubber surfaces.
- Entry Criteria: Usually requires passing a basic skill test or coach invitation.
Pay-Per-Play Guest Session
Access Details
- Inventory: Usage of 1 Table Tennis table and net assembly for 1 hour.
- Availability: Walk-in basis subject to table availability (typically non-coaching hours 11 AM - 3 PM).
Important Exclusions
- Coaching: Strictly recreational usage; no instruction provided.
- Partner: User must bring a playing partner.
Gear & Dress Code
- Equipment: Users must bring their own racquets and balls.
- Attire: Sportswear and non-marking indoor shoes are mandatory.

Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul, Vile Parle East. The indoor hall is kitted out with STAG and XIOM tables and there's always energy in the air. Being part of a big sports complex means there’s inspiration everywhere.

My Story
We’re PTKS Connect, but honestly, it feels more like a big sports family here at Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul, Vile Parle. Some days, it’s kids tumbling around, some days it’s seniors smashing it at pickleball. Our leader Arvind Dada keeps us dreaming bigger. Olympians, beginners, everyone’s welcome. We’ve seen wild things: 71-year-olds paddling, tiny kids flipping, and national medals too. For us, it’s all about fun, hard work, and feeling you belong.
My Work
Sports Coaching for All - We coach everything from Judo, Chess, Gymnastics, Shooting, Swimming, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Artistic Skating, to Yoga and Zumba.
Mother toddler sports batches & senior citizen pickleball - Age doesn’t matter here. We’ve got programs for toddlers, kids, adults, and seniors. Everyone finds their spot.
From Fun to Olympian Shooting Training - Join for fun or chase medals. Our coaches include national players. We guide you at every skill level.
Holistic Sports Development - Not just body, mind too. Sports psychologists, nutritionists, and a big focus on learning being fun.
