Welcome to our Simplyfit Gymnasium. I've equipped it with everything you need for a complete workout, from a wide range of dumbbells and barbells for strength training to benches, squat racks, and specialized machines. You'll also find a dedicated cardio section with treadmills and cross-trainers to build your endurance.

There's incredible energy in our group fitness classes. Here, a large group of young members works on flexibility and coordination through guided yoga and stretching exercises on our matted floors. It's a fun, supportive way to build a strong fitness foundation.

I believe in starting early. Our gymnastics program for young children focuses on building core strength, discipline, and focus through exercises and even meditation. My coaches provide hands-on guidance to ensure every child learns safely and builds confidence.

Fitness is a key part of every sport. Before hitting the pickleball court, our young athletes go through a dynamic warm-up routine, including jogging, lunges, and arm circles, to prepare their bodies and prevent injuries. This is a glimpse into our group training sessions for kids.

My offerings go far beyond a traditional gym. This is a quick look at the Prabodhankar Thackeray Sports Complex, where you can find our swimming pool for lessons or hydrotherapy, table tennis rooms, netted turf for cricket or football, and spacious halls for dance and other activities.
