Quarterly Group Coaching (3 Months)
Batch Logistics
- Schedule: 3-month commitment, Tue-Sun access (6 days/week).
- Duration: ~72-75 sessions total, 45 minutes water time per slot.
- Type: Group coaching with deck-based instructors (1:15 ratio). Focus on stroke correction and endurance.
Facility & Conditions
- Pool: Large open-air pool; expect sun exposure and high chlorine levels.
- Amenities: Basic tiled changing rooms and cold showers. Bring your own soap, towel, and padlock.
- Lane Traffic: High volume; expect 5-8 swimmers per lane during peak evening hours.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Lycra/Nylon swimwear, swimming cap, and a medical certificate (extra cost).
- Policy: Strict no-refund policy. Missed classes cannot be carried forward.

Highboard & Springboard Diving Course
Infrastructure Access
- Tower: Exclusive use of the 15ft deep diving well.
- Platforms: Progressive training on 1m Springboard and fixed platforms (3m, 5m, 7.5m, 10m).
- Dry Land: Dedicated area for warm-up stretches and jump mechanics.
Skill Development
- Technique: Focus on 'Tuck & Dive', body posture, entry ripples, and depth perception.
- Safety: Instruction on ear pressure equalization and quick pool exits.
Prerequisites
- Proficiency: strict requirement for swimming competency. Users must pass a water-treading test.
- Exclusion: Non-swimmers are not admitted to this course.
Intro to Freediving Workshop
Workshop Scope
- Breath Work: Techniques for Static Apnea (breath holding) and Dynamic Apnea (underwater swimming).
- Equalization: Learning Valsalva or Frenzel maneuvers for depth management.
- Level: Introductory 'Experience' workshop (not a full international certification).
Gear & Location
- Equipment: Usage of long-blade fins, low-volume masks, and snorkels provided.
- Deep Well: Vertical descent practice in the diving section.
- Availability: Sporadic scheduling (typically weekend workshops) rather than daily batches.

We believe paani ka mazaa sabko milna chahiye (everyone deserves the joy of water). No matter if you're scared of water or already a fish, our pool is for you. Here, it's more than just swimming - it's about building confidence, overcoming fears, and finding your crew.
Learn to Swim
If paani se darr lagta hai (you're afraid of water), I get it. That's what our "Learn to swim for adults" and kids batches are for. We've got separate sessions for women and girls, too. Choose from seasonal camps for a quick start or regular 1-month/3-month batches if you want to pace yourself. Busy in the day? Night batches are available.
Platform Diving Classes
Feel ready for a challenge? Try our springboard and platform diving classes. Most places don't have diving boards like ours - 1m, 3m, 7.5m, and 10m. You'll learn proper jumping techniques, how to tuck and dive, and get expert guidance. Our 'Tuck & Dive' camp is a good intro.
Freediving Training
Ever wanted to see how long you can stay underwater? Our freediving training teaches you breath-hold tricks, equalization, and how to stay relaxed below the surface. It's different from regular swimming - more zen, less splash.
Competitive Swimming Coaching
If you're dreaming of medals, we’ve got lane lines and serious coaching for competitive swimming. The training gets tough - think stroke correction, speed work, and endurance. Not going to lie, it’s intense but rewarding.

My Story
We’re PTKS Connect, but honestly, it feels more like a big sports family here at Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul, Vile Parle. Some days, it’s kids tumbling around, some days it’s seniors smashing it at pickleball. Our leader Arvind Dada keeps us dreaming bigger. Olympians, beginners, everyone’s welcome. We’ve seen wild things: 71-year-olds paddling, tiny kids flipping, and national medals too. For us, it’s all about fun, hard work, and feeling you belong.

Sports Coaching for All - We coach everything from Judo, Chess, Gymnastics, Shooting, Swimming, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Artistic Skating, to Yoga and Zumba.
Mother toddler sports batches & senior citizen pickleball - Age doesn’t matter here. We’ve got programs for toddlers, kids, adults, and seniors. Everyone finds their spot.
From Fun to Olympian Shooting Training - Join for fun or chase medals. Our coaches include national players. We guide you at every skill level.
Holistic Sports Development - Not just body, mind too. Sports psychologists, nutritionists, and a big focus on learning being fun.
