Quarterly Gym Membership
Access & Duration
- Validity: 90 days of unlimited entry during split shift operational hours (Morning/Evening).
- Venue: Full access to the facility floor in Powai.
Equipment Inventory
- Strength Zone: Dumbbells (up to 50kg), Olympic barbells, squat racks, and benches.
- Machines: Plate loaded stations (Leg press, Lat pulldown) and cable crossovers.
- Functional Gear: Availability of battle ropes, plyo boxes, and kettlebells (subject to floor availability).
- Cardio: Standard utility grade treadmills and spin bikes.
Facilities
- General Support: Floor supervisor available for safety spotting (no program design).
- Amenities: Shared changing rooms and restrooms (user must bring own towel and locks).
- Parking: Street parking availability near the facility.
Functional & CrossFit Group Training
Batch Details
- Schedule: Access to morning or evening slots (typically 1 hour per session).
- Frequency: 3 to 6 sessions per week depending on batch selection.
- Format: Small group training capped for supervision (approx 10 to 15 people).
Workout Structure (WOD)
- Warm up & Mobility: Dynamic stretching and joint prep.
- Skill Training: Technical instruction on compound lifts like Deadlifts, Cleans, and Snatches.
- Conditioning: High intensity circuits (AMRAP) mixing bodyweight, cardio, and weights.
- Combat Elements: Integration of kickboxing drills and bag work using the MMA cage area.
Gear & Tracking
- Equipment: Usage of medicine balls, climbing ropes, gymnastics rings, and kettlebells.
- Progress: Basic performance monitoring of personal bests within the group context.
1-on-1 Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Coaching & Customization
- Sessions: 12 private training hours valid for 1 month.
- Program Design: Custom workout plans tailored to specific goals (Hypertrophy, Fat Loss, Athletic).
- Technique: Hands on form correction and injury prevention supervision.
Nutrition & Assessment
- Diet Plan: Basic macronutrient breakdown (Protein/Carb/Fats) and food guidance.
- Tracking: Monthly body composition analysis (Weight, Inch loss, BMI).
Scheduling
- Booking: Dedicated time slots coordinated with the assigned trainer.
- Policy: Rescheduling allowed with 24 hour prior notice.
- Note: Gym floor access fees may be charged separately depending on membership status.

We’re Emma Sports Academy, and honestly, sports is our life. We started out wanting to make a place in Mumbai where anyone could play, learn, and just have fun. Doesn’t matter if you’re a chotu (little one) holding a racquet for the first time or you’re just here to get fit with your buddies. We’ve teamed up with places like Bandra Gymkhana and Emma Sports Academy Powai so everyone gets a shot at great coaching.
