Core Training Scope

- Apparatus: Supervised usage of floor mats, low balance beams, and Mallakhamb basics.

- Venue: Large non-AC indoor sports hall with industrial ventilation and high ceilings.
- Atmosphere: High-energy environment with multiple batches running simultaneously.
- Equipment: Professional safety-rated mats, foam landing pits, and padded geometric shapes.
- Batch Size: Large group format (approx. 15-25 students) managed by a lead coach and assistants.
Administrative Details
- Registration: Mandatory one-time fee is applicable (amortized in first payment).
- Guardian Policy: Parents wait in designated viewing areas; one guardian accompanies child for Mother Toddler batches.
- Certification: Certificates provided upon completion of terms.
Competitive & Elite Gymnastics
Advanced Training Modules
- Intensity: 3 to 6 sessions per week, with daily practice common for Elite batches.
- Duration: 2 to 3 hours per session depending on competition season.
- Apparatus Access: Full use of Uneven Bars, Parallel Bars, Vaulting Table, Regulation Balance Beam, Trampoline, and Spring Floor.
- Coaching: Instruction from state/national level coaches including spotting for high-risk aerial maneuvers.

- Mental Conditioning: Integration of meditation and focus techniques for competitive pressure.
- Physical Conditioning: Specific strength training, flexibility drills (oversplits), and endurance building.
- Selection: Regular assessments for promotion to Elite squads and District/State trial selection.

- Venue: Dedicated non-AC gymnastics zones designed to maximize muscle warmth naturally.
- Support: Administrative support for District (MSGA) and National school game entries.
- Dress Code: Strict requirement for professional gymnastics leotards (purchased separately).
Adult Stunts & Private Training

- Adult Stunt Gym: Group batch for ages 16+ focusing on core strength, flexibility, and skills like backflips or parkour basics.
- Personal Training: 1-on-1 dedicated coaching for rapid skill acquisition or specific technique correction.
Resource Access
- Attention: 100% undivided attention in Personal Training; low student-coach ratio in Adult batch.
- Equipment: Usage of foam pits (essential for safe tumbling learning), trampolines, and wall bars.
Schedule
- Adult Batch: Typically late evenings (e.g., 6 PM - 8 PM) to accommodate working professionals.
- PT Scheduling: Flexible timing arranged based on coach availability.

We’re not a fancy club, we’re more like a family - from your first forward roll to the day you nail a national routine. Meditation and mental skills are just as important as the mats.
Age Doesn’t Matter Here
- Gymnastics classes for kids start as early as two, with ‘Tots Gym’ and ‘Kinder Gym’ for motor skills and fun (yahan, seekhna masti hai! - here, learning is fun!).
- Growing kids jump into artistic gymnastics training through ‘Fun Gym’ and ‘Fit Gym’ - tumbling, balancing, even Mallakhamb.
- Competitive gymnastics coaching for those who want medals and championships - our ‘Advance’ and ‘Elite’ batches mean serious training, but also serious support.
- Adults? No one’s too old. ‘Stunt Gym’ is for grown-ups who want to move, stunt, and sweat.
- Personal training available for anyone who wants full focus.
Results & Our Space
We’ve seen our athletes win medals at district, state, and national levels. Some even bagged big awards like ‘Shiv Chhatrapati Krida Puraskar’. Our coaches - Shailendra Lad and Vishal Sir - bring loads of technical know-how plus proper encouragement.
Our facility at Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul (Vile Parle) is set with all the gear - mats, bars, beams, vaults, trampolines. Morning, evening, weekend batches run all year.
Safety is big for us. Sabko (everyone) needs a doctor’s fitness certificate before joining. If money’s tight, income-based concessions available - because sports should be for sabke liye (everyone).

My Story
We’re PTKS Connect, but honestly, it feels more like a big sports family here at Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul, Vile Parle. Some days, it’s kids tumbling around, some days it’s seniors smashing it at pickleball. Our leader Arvind Dada keeps us dreaming bigger. Olympians, beginners, everyone’s welcome. We’ve seen wild things: 71-year-olds paddling, tiny kids flipping, and national medals too. For us, it’s all about fun, hard work, and feeling you belong.
My Work
Sports Coaching for All - We coach everything from Judo, Chess, Gymnastics, Shooting, Swimming, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Artistic Skating, to Yoga and Zumba.
Mother toddler sports batches & senior citizen pickleball - Age doesn’t matter here. We’ve got programs for toddlers, kids, adults, and seniors. Everyone finds their spot.
From Fun to Olympian Shooting Training - Join for fun or chase medals. Our coaches include national players. We guide you at every skill level.
Holistic Sports Development - Not just body, mind too. Sports psychologists, nutritionists, and a big focus on learning being fun.
