Annual Adult Gym & Track Access
Core Access
- Indoor Gym: Unlimited access to the gym floor from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Synthetic Track: Exclusive rights to use Lane 7 and Lane 8 of the Olympic standard track for running and walking.
- Priority Slot: Dedicated timing window available for women from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Equipment Specs
- Strength Zone: Heavy duty industrial iron machinery including Hack Squat, Shoulder Press, and Seated Calf units.
- Free Weights: Standard rubberized dumbbells, barbells, and benches for compound lifting.
- Cardio: Treadmills and stationary bikes located in a split AC environment.
- Functional Area: Mat space for stretching and calisthenics.

- Floor Coaching: General supervision and form correction by floor trainers.

Where Working Out Feels Like a Break
Our gym sits right in Priyadarshini Park, just steps from the sea. I love how you can finish a sweaty session indoors and walk out to the sea breeze. It’s way more peaceful than any typical setup and definitely not your average crowded gym. No traffic noise blaring, only the sound of waves and maybe a bit of “Kuch kariye, kuch kariye!” (Do something, do something!) from regulars pushing each other.
What You’ll Find Here
- Cardio workouts by the sea: Multiple treadmills and stationary bikes mean you don’t have to wait your turn.
- Strength training equipment: Hack squat, cable cross, shoulder press, plus a stretch and free-hand zone. I like mixing it up depending on how I’m feeling.
- Outdoor fitness track: Members can use parts of our professional track, so you’re not stuck inside when you want to run.
- Group fitness motivation: Everybody knows each other here. If you’re new, the coaches and regulars help you settle in. No one’s judging.

Whether you’re a beginner or getting serious about your training, there’s always someone to guide you. I see students, working folks, and even aunties using the ladies’ hours (12–4 pm), all finding their own rhythm. Membership means everything’s included, no sneaky add-ons. You show up, we handle the rest.

My Story
Hey, we’re PDP – Priyadarshini Park, but ya, everyone just says PDP. Once, this whole place was a garbage dump, imagine that! But thanks to Mr. Desai, who fought for every inch, we’re now Mumbai’s green lung. Our PDP Family is full of walkers, athletes, kids, elders, sunset chasers, and monsoon lovers. Coaches here? Strict, friendly, and always cheering you on. For us, sports means more than medals – it’s about discipline, teamwork, and believing in yourself.
My Work
Sports Coaching & Gym - We coach athletics, tennis, football, CrossFit, padel, plus a full gym, and host summer sports camps for kids.
Champions Are Made Here - Humara funda – technique, footwork, mental strength. Coaches push you, support you. Winning comes after learning.
