Junior Gymnastics Foundation
Schedule & Setup
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 sessions monthly).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: Group training (15 to 25 students) conducted on interlocking EVA foam mats.
Floor & Flexibility
- Tumbling: Instruction on forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
- Stretching: Intensive split stretching (front and side), backbends (chakrasana), and bridge walks.
- Aids: Use of cylindrical foam barrels and incline wedge mats for progression.
Apparatus Training
- Strength: Access to Roman Rings for upper body holds and rope climbing drills.
- Jumping: Basic air awareness drills using a mini trampoline with crash mat landings.
Adult Stunts & Parkour
Acrobatics & Stunts
- Flips: Progressive training for Backflips, Front Flips, and Side Flips (Aerials).
- Parkour: Techniques for Wall Flips, Wall Runs, and evasion moves.
- Tricking: Fusion of martial arts kicks (540 kicks, butterfly kicks) suitable for choreography.
Conditioning
- Explosive Power: Plyometric drills using vaulting boxes and depth jumps.
- Core: High intensity bodyweight circuits focused on abdominal strength for mid air rotation.
- Balance: Handstand walking and long duration holds against wall bars.
Safety & Logistics
- Spotting: Heavy reliance on manual spotting by trainers for learning flips without a foam pit.
- Technique: Learning breakfalls to land safely on mats to prevent injury.
- Environment: Non AC or semi AC setting geared towards high cardiovascular output.

Main Chainsingh Rajpurohit. At Kings Sports Academy, I don't just teach acrobatics - I help you grow as a person. Mera aim hai ki desh ka naam roshan ho (make the country's name shine) through hard work and Indian arts. Discipline matters, but enjoying the journey matters too.

My style is strict but caring. Ek baar bol diya, so bol diya (said once, it’s final) - I expect commitment, and I’m here for you. I believe in guru ka aashirwad (teacher’s blessings) and real, honest feedback.

My Story
Main Chainsingh Rajpurohit, Chief Coach at Kings Sports Academy. Life mein limit todna hi maza hai (breaking limits is fun). From Kolhapur, bikes on my stomach, Mumbai rolls, to cars and cement blocks - sab kuch kiya, dosto! (I've done it all, my friends!) Pain, fear, blessings - sab mila. But smile toh chehre pe hi rakhta hoon. Training, records, ya takleef - always moving forward, Jai Shri Ram!
