Stretching together, growing together. Our bond as mother and daughter is deepened through our shared practice of meditation and yoga.

Rooted in strength, flowing with grace. Practicing Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) together, we find balance and harmony in our shared movements.

Slow down and breathe. A simple moment of outdoor practice, moving through Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) variations, reminds us to find clarity in the present.

It doesn’t matter what it looks like; it matters what it feels like. A personal flow in a quiet park, moving through a seated forward fold sequence with full awareness.

We dedicate our lives to spreading the message of mindfulness. Our teachings are guided by our belief that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present.

About Our Personal Journey & Practice

When we practice together, it is never about hitting the deepest pose or pressing into a handstand. It is about the rhythm we find in our breath and the stillness we create in our shared space. Whether we are moving through a flow in a Delhi park or on a wooden deck in the Himalayas, our focus stays on showing up for ourselves and each other, regardless of what the posture looks like.

Our practice is rooted in traditional Sivananda Hatha. This means we prioritize the health of the spine, the regularity of breath, and the ability to hold a relaxed posture over the desire to perform complex acrobatics.

We are Preeti and Anushka, a mother and daughter duo who decided to make yoga the center of our lives. Preeti started her journey at 47, proving that age is simply a number and that you can start anytime. Anushka stepped away from a conventional corporate career to dedicate herself to the mat.

We do not care about how flexible you are when you walk through the door. We care that you are willing to learn. Our sessions, whether held in our Delhi classes or during our retreats in places like Dharamshala and Jaisalmer, are designed to be accessible. We incorporate meditation, breathwork, and Sivananda techniques to help you find your inherent nature, which we call ānanda, or joy. If you are looking for a space where you can be yourself, without judgment or pressure to perform, we invite you to join our practice.

We are Preeti and Anushka, a mother-daughter duo from Delhi united by our love for yoga. Preeti began her path at 47, and Anushka left her corporate life behind to share this peace with others. We teach because we believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age or starting point.
