Our Bali retreats are designed for those who already have a foundation in yoga but need a space to deepen their practice away from the daily noise. We follow the traditional Sivananda sequence, which emphasizes balanced energy and steady progression. Each day begins with Hatha sessions to warm the body, followed by pranayama to clear the mind. Because we believe yoga is a sadhana, or personal practice, we keep group sizes small. This allows us to guide each person through modifications that fit their unique body. Whether you are working on your headstand or simply want to improve your alignment in Cobra pose, our guidance is here to support you without judgment.
Beyond the mat, we embrace the culture of Bali. We include local excursions to sacred sites, ensuring your wellness journey is as much about experiencing the island's spirit as it is about your own stillness.
