Mindful Yoga Retreats for Every Journey
We believe yoga is a journey, not a destination. Take a look at our past retreats—from the Himalayan peaks of Dharamshala to the calming shores of Phuket—where our PAYoga family comes together to breathe, practice, and find joy.
As the sun sets over the ocean, we let go of worries and embrace the beauty of the moment. A personal practice on the beach, finding balance with headstands and arm balances.
A look back at our past retreats in Rishikesh, Phuket, and Dharamshala. From mountains to beaches, we are always seeking the next beautiful destination to share with our yoga family.
A classic indoor class, moving from meditation to pranayama and finally to deep relaxation in Savasana. The principles of our practice remain the same, no matter the location.
Getting ready for another adventure. Here we are practicing by the river in Rishikesh, a place that holds deep spiritual significance for yogis.
A home practice session, using the wall for support in backbends and inversions. Our personal sadhana is the foundation from which we teach.
A collage of memories from past retreats. Each picture represents a moment of joy, challenge, and connection that we cherish deeply.
From a riverside retreat in Rishikesh to a beach vacation in Phuket, we are excited to continue creating these blissful yoga holidays. Details for our next adventure are always coming soon.
Balance means doing enough, not doing it all. A moment of focused practice on the rocks in Phuket, finding stability and grace.
A day in the life of our Phuket yoga retreat. We start with beach yoga, find moments for personal practice, and end the day with gratitude for this beautiful journey.
The energy of a retreat speaks louder than words. From the flight to Phuket to sunset yoga on the beach, these five days were a blessing with a positive and vibrant group.
About Glimpses of Past Adventures
When you join us, you aren't just booking a stay; you are joining our PAYoga family. We purposefully cap our group sizes so we can offer personal attention during our Sivananda Hatha sessions, whether we are working on headstand alignment or evening meditation. We recommend reaching out early, as our retreats in spots like Bali and the Himalayas fill up quickly once we announce the dates.
Our Retreat Philosophy
For us, a yoga retreat is about pausing. It is a chance to step away from the rush of daily life and return to your natural state of ānanda (joy). We don't care if you can touch your toes or hold a perfect handstand. We care that you are willing to breathe, show up, and explore.
Why Choose Our Retreats
- Traditional Sivananda Roots: We ground every session in traditional Hatha Yoga. You will experience 90-minute morning sadhana, evening restorative practices, and pranayama sessions that actually quiet the mind.
- Nature-First Locations: Whether we are on the sandy shores of Phuket or the mountain decks of Dharamshala, we pick locations that allow you to unplug. The setting is part of the practice.
- Deep-Dive Workshops: Beyond the mat, we often host sessions on inversions, backbending, and spiritual philosophy, giving you the tools to deepen your personal practice.
What To Expect
We design our retreats for anyone who wants to go deeper, from total beginners to seasoned practitioners. You will find a community that eats together, laughs together, and supports each other. It is not a boot camp; it is a space for restoration.
