Step away from the city rush and into the quiet of the Himalayas. Join us in Dharamshala for a mountain escape designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your natural state of joy.

Unity is oneness of purpose. Practicing together by the pool in Dharamshala, we move and breathe as one community, supporting each other's journey.

A moment of collective calm during our Dharamshala retreat. Students find their center during a guided meditation session on the infinity pool deck, with the mountains as their witness.

Unplug and breathe. Our meditation sessions on the forest yoga deck are a chance to connect with nature and the core of your being: Sat Chit Ananda (Being, Consciousness, Bliss).

The sacred sound of Om echoes across the mountains. Chanting together is a powerful practice to unify the group and connect with the first vibration of the universe.

Come with us to our forest yoga shala. The journey there is part of the practice, a walking meditation that prepares you for a session of deep connection with nature and self.

We are certified Yoga Siromanis from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Here we are, sharing a moment of quiet meditation, embodying the peace we aim to share with our students.

A dynamic Hatha flow on our forest deck in Dharamshala. We focus on the breath to guide movement, building strength and stability in poses like Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III).

In the still silence of nature, one finds true bliss. A nature walk through the tea gardens of Dharamshala is an essential part of our retreat experience, rejuvenating both body and soul.

Our peaceful forest yoga deck, where we hold evening Pranayama and meditation sessions. This tranquil space, surrounded by tall pines, allows for deep introspection and calm.

Asana is just one of the eight limbs of yoga. Here, students practice Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), learning to find stillness and focus even in challenging postures.

About Dharamshala Retreat: Mountain Escape

Our Dharamshala retreats go beyond just doing asanas. We blend 90 minutes of morning Sadhana with relaxing evening Pranayama and meditation, all hosted on open-air decks facing the mountains. You do not need to be an expert to join. We are here to support your practice, whether you are working on your inversions or just learning to sit in stillness.
