When you step onto the mats in our Vile Parle studio, you will notice this isn't a place for show. We keep our groups limited to 10-20 people so that you get actual form correction from our coaches instead of just following a video. Whether you are drilling Judo takedowns or working through a HIIT circuit on the tires, the focus is on practical movement and consistent progress.
