What We’re All About

Dance Fitness here isn’t about perfect moves or counting reps. It’s more like a group fitness dance class with a wild party vibe. I want you to walk in, feel the music, and just move - even if you think you’ve got two left feet. Chalo chalo chalo (Let’s go), we don’t judge and we definitely don’t do boring.

How It Works

Mostly, I take you through Zumba workout routines with easy steps and peppy music. No dance experience needed, honestly. You’ll sweat, laugh, probably mess up some steps, but trust me, nobody cares. The goal is to let loose, burn some calories, and actually enjoy yourself.

My Story

We’re Predominate MMA Fitness, and here, it’s not just about punching bags or mats. It’s about #TeamPredominate vibes. You’ll see ‘Achieve What You Desire’ on our wall, and we mean it. From our little ninjas gaining confidence in kids MMA classes, to adults sweating it out, and even our special needs batches – everyone finds their place. We’re more of a family than a gym, growing together, no matter where you start.

All our training programs - MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Judo, Taekwondo, Zumba, Personal Training, Group Classes, Self-Defense, Weight Loss, Strength & Conditioning, Functional & Cardio Training.

Inclusive fitness for all ages - We train everyone – kids, adults, beginners, pros. Our Mini Warriors program and women's self-defense batches are big here.

Special needs fitness training - We’ve got expert coaches for kids with autism, ADHD, or physical challenges. Lots of care, patience and therapy mixed with movement.

Community vibes - High energy, supportive crowd. Progress over perfection, always. You’ll find your tribe and get results, no excuses.
