About Our Services & Offers

When you walk into our Vile Parle studio, you get more than a workout. We focus on real technique—whether that is proper striking form on the heavy bags or learning ground leverage in our Judo batches. You do not need to be fit to start; you just need to turn up and commit to the process.

Our training isn't about vanity; it’s about capability. We operate out of a dedicated basement dojo in Vile Parle, designed for intense, focused work.

Martial Arts Disciplines

We teach Mixed Martial Arts with a focus on striking and grappling. If you want to build raw power, our Kickboxing and Boxing sessions utilize pad work and bag drills. For ground game and leverage, our Judo and Grappling classes cover takedowns and submissions. We also teach Taekwondo for those looking to master dynamic kicks and agility.

Fitness & Conditioning

For those focused on weight loss and stamina, our HIIT conditioning uses battle ropes, agility ladders, and tire circuits. It is gritty, high-energy work that yields actual results.

For Everyone

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Our Junior Martial Arts program builds discipline and focus for kids, while our Women's Self-Defense batches prioritize practical situational awareness. We also run dedicated, patient-led sessions for children with special needs.
