My teacher training isn't just about memorizing sequences; it's about mastering the art of adjustment. What You Will Learn

  • Multi-Style Mastery: While many programs focus on one style, we train you in 24 distinct forms, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. This gives you the versatility to teach different types of students.
  • Technical Anatomy & Alignment: You will learn how the body moves and, more importantly, how to spot misalignment. My hands-on training means you practice giving physical adjustments to your peers, learning the nuances of touch and verbal cueing.
  • The Art of Sequencing: You will learn how to build a class from the ground up—balancing warm-ups, peak poses, and cool-downs—to keep students safe and engaged.
