We don't need fancy machines to build real strength. Whether it is your living room or a nearby park, I use bodyweight, partner drills, and simple structures like monkey bars to build your core and flexibility. You get the same intensity as a dojo, just in a space that fits your schedule.
Training at home or in the park removes every excuse. I come to your location within a 12km radius in Chandigarh, bringing the discipline of the dojo to your doorstep.
My sessions focus on:
- High-rep calisthenics like push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks.
- Animal flow drills like bear crawls and crab walks for coordination.
- Surya Namaskar and static stretching for mobility.
- Tactical posture correction using sticks for perfect form.
Whether you are a beginner starting from scratch or looking to sharpen your karate kicks, I adapt to your space. For 1-on-1 sessions, I use PNF-assisted stretching and hardcore resistance techniques that require zero equipment. If you are part of a group, we use public parks to run military-style drills that build stamina and mental toughness.
